Normal order processing can take between 1-3 business days (Monday – Friday).

Shipping Delivery

The following shipping methods are available, Fasting Shipping (3-7 business days), and Standard Shipping(7-12 business days). Business days do not include weekends and there is no weekend delivery for any shipping method. Some items cannot be shipped using fast shipping(DHL/Fedex/UPS) due to size, weight, hazardous materials and delivery address. These items will only have Standard Shipping available. Currently, we do ship to most international addresses. Please note that orders could arrive in multiple packages.

Free shipping offered when order amount is over $139;

Order amount under $139, will be charged $39 for fast delivery.

If your bbjwraps.online purchase does not meet your satisfaction, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. To return an item (excluding sample products), the item must be new, unused and in its original packaging. You may return the item to a return address by mail. If you want to return an item by mail, follow steps below:

Print the return label and adhere it to your package.

Drop-off the package at your nearest UPS location. 

Refunds:

The appropriate tax amount by item will be included with your refund. Original shipping and handling fees (if applicable) may be deducted from the value of your refund unless the return is a result of our error. Refunds will be issued in the same form as payment originally used for purchase except as specified below:

Purchases made with a debit card will be refunded to your Paypal account.

Purchases made with a credit card will be refunded to your credit card accordingly or by Paypal account if credit card refund failed.
