Shipping Delivery:

We offer Fast Shipping (3-7 business days) and Standard Shipping (7-12 business days). Please note that weekends are not included in business days and there is no weekend delivery available. Some items may only be shipped using Standard Shipping due to their size, weight, hazardous materials, or delivery address. We currently ship to most international addresses and orders may arrive in multiple packages.

Shipping Rates:

Standard Shipping is free of charge on orders over $19. Fast Shipping is free when the order amount is over $139.

Return Policy:

You may return your purchase within 30 days of delivery if you are not satisfied with it. To return an item (excluding sample products), it must be new, unused, and in its original packaging. To return an item by mail, follow these steps:

1. Email to request a return.

2. Our agency will provide a return shipping label via email.

3. Print the return label and attach it to your package.

4. Drop-off the package at your nearest UPS location.


Your refund will include the appropriate tax amount per item. The original shipping and handling fees may be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to our error. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as the original purchase, with the exception of purchases made with a debit card, which will be refunded to your PayPal account. If a credit card refund fails, the refund will be issued to your PayPal account.
