At BBJ WRAPS, we offer flexible shipping options designed for the different needs of professional florists — from everyday restocking and urgent orders to larger planned inventory purchases.

Shipping availability, applicable discounts, and shipping charges are based on your order and will be shown during the shopping process.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping

Estimated delivery: 10–12 business days

Standard Shipping is our regular shipping option and offers a practical balance of delivery speed and cost for everyday florist orders.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Shipping availability and any applicable charges will be displayed during the shopping and checkout process.

Express Shipping

Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days

Need your supplies sooner? Express Shipping is available as a paid upgrade for customers who need faster delivery.

The Express Shipping fee is calculated automatically based on your order value.

Your exact upgrade cost will be displayed under Shipping Options in your cart before checkout, so you can review the additional cost before selecting Express Shipping.

Express Shipping is recommended for time-sensitive orders, seasonal restocking, and supplies needed for upcoming events.

Ocean Shipping

Estimated transit: approximately 30–40 days after vessel departure

Planning your inventory ahead? Ocean Shipping gives professional florists our strongest overall purchasing value.

Ocean Shipping is available on orders of $199 or more, with no minimum weight requirement.

When you choose Ocean Shipping, you receive:

  • Your regular Pricing Discount

  • An additional 30% OFF

  • FREE full-pack product gifts based on your qualifying order value

Ocean Shipping is ideal for seasonal preparation, everyday inventory restocking, larger supply purchases, and products you do not need immediately.

How Ocean Shipping Savings Work

Choosing Ocean Shipping does not replace your regular BBJ WRAPS Pricing Discount.

Your applicable Pricing Discount is applied first. The additional 30% Ocean Shipping discount is then applied to the remaining merchandise subtotal.

Pricing and Ocean Shipping discounts are applied sequentially and are not added together as a single discount percentage.

Eligible Ocean Shipping orders also receive complimentary BBJ WRAPS products based on the qualifying order value.

These gifts are full-pack products — not loose samples, individual sheets, or sample pieces.

You will receive complete packs of BBJ WRAPS products, just like the products we normally sell.

The value or quantity of your complimentary gifts increases based on your qualifying order level.

Your available Ocean Shipping savings and gift benefits will be shown during the shopping process where applicable.

When Does the 30–40 Day Ocean Transit Begin?

The 30–40-day Ocean Shipping transit estimate begins after the vessel departs.

It does not begin on:

  • The order date

  • The payment date

  • The warehouse dispatch date

  • The date the shipment arrives at the port

Before vessel departure, additional time is required for:

  • Order processing

  • Packing

  • Shipment consolidation

  • Transportation to the port

  • Export customs clearance

  • Vessel scheduling

  • Loading

These steps take place before the 30–40-day estimated ocean transit period begins.

For this reason, we strongly recommend planning Ocean Shipping orders well in advance, particularly for seasonal or event-related inventory.

The 30–40-day transit time is an estimate and is not a guaranteed delivery date.

Which Shipping Option Should I Choose?

Standard Shipping

10–12 business days

Best for everyday orders when you want a practical balance of delivery speed and cost.

Express Shipping

5–8 business days

Best for time-sensitive orders.

The Express Shipping upgrade fee is calculated based on your order value and displayed in your cart before checkout.

Ocean Shipping

Approximately 30–40 days after vessel departure

Best for planned inventory and maximum savings.

Available on orders of $199+, with:

There is no minimum weight requirement for Ocean Shipping.

Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment has been successfully completed.

Delivery estimates for Standard Shipping and Express Shipping begin after your order has been processed and dispatched.

For Ocean Shipping, the 30–40-day transit estimate begins only after the vessel has departed.

Additional processing time may be required during peak floral seasons, major holidays, promotions, or periods of unusually high order volume.

Orders containing pre-order or backordered products may be held until all items are available unless otherwise arranged with BBJ WRAPS.

We strongly recommend ordering seasonal inventory early, particularly for:

  • Valentine's Day

  • Mother's Day

  • Graduation season

  • Wedding season

  • Christmas and other major holidays

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided with your order.

Tracking activity may take some time to update after a shipment has been handed to the carrier.

Standard and Express shipments generally provide regular tracking updates throughout transit.

Ocean Shipping tracking may show fewer updates while the shipment is in transit between ports. Additional tracking information may become available after the shipment reaches the United States and enters the final-mile delivery network.

U.S. Customs Inspections

Most shipments proceed through U.S. Customs normally. However, some shipments may be selected for inspection by U.S. Customs.

If a shipment is selected for customs inspection, additional processing time may be required.

Customs inspection time is not included in our estimated shipping or transit times.

Customs inspections typically take around one week, but the actual processing time is determined by U.S. Customs and may occasionally take longer.

BBJ WRAPS cannot control or guarantee the duration of a customs inspection.

Once the shipment is released by customs, delivery will continue through the applicable carrier or final-mile delivery network.

For Ocean Shipping specifically:

The estimated 30–40-day transit time after vessel departure does not include additional delays caused by U.S. Customs inspections.

Taxes, Duties & Import Charges

Orders may be subject to applicable sales tax, import duties, customs charges, brokerage fees, or other taxes and fees required by federal, state, or local authorities.

Any applicable taxes or charges collected directly during checkout will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

If additional duties, taxes, customs charges, brokerage fees, or other government-imposed charges are assessed after shipment, responsibility for those charges will depend on the applicable shipping terms and destination requirements.

BBJ WRAPS does not control tax rates, customs assessments, or charges imposed by government authorities or third-party carriers.

Possible Shipping Delays

Shipping and transit times shown on our website are estimates under normal shipping and customs conditions and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Delivery may be affected by circumstances including:

  • U.S. Customs inspections

  • Weather conditions

  • Port congestion

  • Vessel schedule changes

  • Flight schedule changes

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Peak-season shipping volume

  • Local delivery disruptions

  • Other circumstances outside our reasonable control

Any additional time caused by these circumstances may not be included in the original estimated delivery window.

If you are purchasing supplies for a specific event or holiday, we recommend ordering well in advance.

Split Shipments

Larger orders may be shipped in multiple cartons or separate shipments.

Each shipment may have its own tracking number and may arrive at a different time.

Receiving one carton does not necessarily mean your entire order has been delivered.

Please review all available tracking numbers before reporting missing items from a multi-carton shipment.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Please carefully check the following information before completing your order:

  • Recipient name

  • Company or flower shop name

  • Street address

  • Apartment, suite, or unit number

  • City

  • State

  • ZIP code

  • Telephone number

  • Email address

If you notice an address error after placing your order, please contact BBJ WRAPS as soon as possible.

Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or has shipped.

Additional carrier charges resulting from an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address may be the responsibility of the customer.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Shipments

If your shipment appears to be significantly delayed, lost, or damaged, please contact BBJ WRAPS and provide your order number.

For visibly damaged shipments, please:

  1. Photograph the exterior packaging before discarding it.

  2. Photograph the shipping label.

  3. Photograph the damaged products.

  4. Keep the original packaging materials until the issue has been reviewed.

  5. Contact BBJ WRAPS with your order number and supporting photos.

These materials may be required when submitting a claim with the carrier.

Please note that a shipment delayed due to customs inspection, weather, port congestion, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control is not automatically considered lost.

Seasonal & Time-Sensitive Orders

The floral industry is highly seasonal, and shipping networks can experience increased volume before major holidays.

If your products are needed for a specific event, promotion, or holiday, please allow additional time beyond the normal estimated shipping window.

For planned seasonal inventory, Ocean Shipping offers our strongest savings when you have enough time to order in advance.

For more urgent requirements, consider Standard or Express Shipping based on your required delivery timeline.
