Order Processing:

Orders are processed after payment has been completed. Delivery estimates begin after dispatch for Standard Shipping and Express Shipping. For Ocean Shipping, the 18-25-day delivery estimate begins only after vessel departure.

Shipping Methods:

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery 10-12 business days. Free on orders $29+.

Express Shipping: Estimated delivery 5-8 business days. Paid upgrade available at every order value where the destination is supported.

Ocean Shipping: Estimated delivery 18-25 days after vessel departure. Available on qualifying $199+ planned restocking orders after Professional Pricing, with free shipping, extra 30% off after Professional Pricing, and free florist gifts. Additional time may be required before vessel departure for processing, consolidation, export clearance, vessel scheduling, and loading.

Return Policy:

You may return your purchase within 30 days of delivery if you are not satisfied with it. To return an item (excluding sample products), it must be new, unused, and in its original packaging. To return an item by mail, follow these steps:

1. Email jean@bbj-wraps.com to request a return.

2. Our agency will provide a return shipping label via email.

3. Print the return label and attach it to your package.

4. Drop-off the package at your nearest UPS location.

Refunds:

Your refund will include the appropriate tax amount per item. The original shipping and handling fees may be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to our error. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as the original purchase, with the exception of purchases made with a debit card, which will be refunded to your PayPal account. If a credit card refund fails, the refund will be issued to your PayPal account.
