Order Processing:

Orders are processed after payment has been completed. Delivery estimates begin after dispatch for Air Shipping and Express Shipping. For Ocean Shipping, the 30-40-day transit estimate begins only after vessel departure.

Shipping Methods:

Air Shipping: Estimated delivery 10-12 business days. Free on orders $29+.

Express Shipping: Estimated delivery 5-8 business days. Free on orders $139+.

Ocean Shipping: Estimated transit time approximately 30-40 days after vessel departure for eligible large, non-urgent wholesale orders. Additional time is required before departure for processing, packing, consolidation, port delivery, export clearance, vessel scheduling, and loading.

Return Policy:

You may return your purchase within 30 days of delivery if you are not satisfied with it. To return an item (excluding sample products), it must be new, unused, and in its original packaging. To return an item by mail, follow these steps:

1. Email jean@bbj-wraps.com to request a return.

2. Our agency will provide a return shipping label via email.

3. Print the return label and attach it to your package.

4. Drop-off the package at your nearest UPS location.

Refunds:

Your refund will include the appropriate tax amount per item. The original shipping and handling fees may be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to our error. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as the original purchase, with the exception of purchases made with a debit card, which will be refunded to your PayPal account. If a credit card refund fails, the refund will be issued to your PayPal account.
